Both batter and baked products are freeze thaw stable. To make, place 1kg of Lemon Sensations cake mix into a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment fitted. Gradually add 350g of water

Bake at 180 degrees (160 degrees if fan assisted) giving 50 - 60 minutes for an 800g gateaux

Scrape down and whisk on middle speed for 10 - 15 minutes followed by top speed for 5 - 10 minutes and finally slow speed for 1 - 2 minutes
