Bliss Brothers Guilloche 24kt Gold Plated Powder Rouge Compact 1930'sHere's s a gorgeous 1930's Bliss Brothers 24kt gold plated guilloche powder, rouge and mirror compact. The compact is in wonderful condition, with no chips, crazing or damage to the guilloche or the enamel. The compact has a lovely repousse design around the edge. The guilloche is a soft butter yellow enamel with a pretty hand painted bouquet of roses with green leaves. The only hallmark we could find was the Bliss hallmark stamped in the original

This is an extremely rare and stunning vintage Art Deco circa 1929 Weidlich Bros

as well as the "Deauville" name inside on the lid

It features gorgeous light blue prong set jewels surrounding the edge of the hinged ormolu filigree lid

The edges on both the top and bottom of the compact have a repousse design

It measures approximately 5 inches by 5 inches

The chain adds an additional 4 inches from the top of the purse

This is a lovely early 1910's piece to add to your vintage collection

but nothing that detracts
